We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 877-784-FAST for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice

Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and are subject to a 20% restocking fee AND all return shipping charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail. These orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges listed on our on-line order form. Any order over $150 that is shipped via US Mail will incur a $10 service charge over regular shipping. Please e-mail if you would like more information on this.

Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways.
